These Terms and Conditions govern your use of aspirantlink.in (“AspirantLink”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, taking a test or buying an access pass, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What AspirantLink is
AspirantLink is a practice platform. We take real previous-year question papers (PYQs) from Indian competitive examinations, present them in a timed Computer-Based Test (CBT) interface, and generate a SWOT report showing your topic-wise strengths and weaknesses.
We are an independent private platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UPSC, SSC, TGPSC, APPSC, TSLPRB, IBPS, SBI, RRB, NTA, NIELIT, or any other government body or recruiting authority. Exam names and abbreviations are used only to identify the exam a paper belongs to.
2. What is currently available
We publish only what is actually live. The set of exams and papers available on the site grows over time, and the current list is always shown on the site itself. Where a product page or pass says “every new test published during your access period is included”, that is a commitment we honour — but it is not a promise of a specific number of exams or papers unless that number is stated on the product page at the time you buy.
3. Accuracy of content
We work hard to reproduce previous-year questions, answer keys and explanations correctly, and to report exam notifications accurately. Even so:
- Questions, answer keys and explanations may contain errors. If you find one, email us and we will correct it.
- Notification details — vacancies, dates, eligibility, syllabus — are summaries. Always verify against the official notification on the recruiting body’s own website before applying. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on our summary.
- Your SWOT report is a diagnostic tool based on your performance in that paper. It is not a prediction of your result, rank or selection, and we make no guarantee of any exam outcome.
4. Accounts
- You must give accurate information when registering, and keep your login credentials confidential.
- One account is for one person. Sharing an account or an access pass with others is not permitted.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, without refund.
5. Access passes and purchases
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An access pass grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the tests for the stated period, starting from the date of purchase.
- Access ends automatically when the period expires. It does not auto-renew; you will not be charged again unless you buy again.
- Prices may change at any time. A change does not affect a pass you have already bought.
- Where a product is described as an “early-access” or “founding” price, that means exactly what the product page says and nothing more.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Copy, download, screenshot, record, scrape, republish or resell our questions, explanations, SWOT reports or any other content.
- Share your account, pass or test links with anyone else.
- Use bots, scripts, automated tools or any method to extract content from the site.
- Attempt to bypass payment, access controls or the test timer.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
- Post abusive, obscene, defamatory or unlawful content in comments.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and legal action.
8. Intellectual property
Previous-year questions are the property of the respective examination authorities and are reproduced for educational and practice purposes. Everything else on the site — the CBT interface, topic mapping, explanations, SWOT report logic, articles, design, brand name and logo — is owned by AspirantLink and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership to you.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site running at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from using a paid test, tell us and we will fix it, extend your access, or refund you — see the Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AspirantLink’s total liability to you for any claim connected to the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of an examination opportunity, loss of marks, loss of rank, or missed application deadlines.
11. Third-party services
The site uses third-party services including a payment gateway, Google Sign-In and Google Analytics. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
