1. About Our Service
AspirantLink provides online mock tests and CBT (computer-based test) practice exams based on previous year questions (PYQs) for Indian competitive exams such as TSPSC, TSLPRB, SSC, and others. We also generate AI-based SWOT analysis reports from your own exam responses. All our products are 100% digital — we do not sell or ship any physical goods.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AspirantLink. If you are under 18, you should use the platform with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
3. Your Account Information
When you register for free or paid tests, you agree to provide accurate information — your real name and a working phone number or email. Paid test access is verified against the phone number or email used at purchase, so incorrect details may prevent you from accessing tests you paid for.
4. One-Device Access Rule
Each paid test purchase is locked to one device. Once you start a paid test on a device, access is tied to that device. Attempting to use one purchase across multiple devices, or sharing your access credentials with others, is a violation of these terms and may result in access being suspended without refund.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to: share, resell, or transfer your test access to any other person; copy, screenshot, record, scrape, or redistribute any test questions, answers, explanations, or reports; use bots, scripts, or automated tools on the platform; or attempt to bypass the one-device restriction or any security measure.
6. Intellectual Property
All test content, question compilations, explanations, the CBT interface, and AI SWOT reports on AspirantLink are our intellectual property. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own exam preparation only. It does not give you any ownership rights or the right to reproduce or distribute the content.
7. No Guarantee of Exam Results
Our mock tests are practice tools. Your scores on AspirantLink mock tests, and any analysis in our reports, do not guarantee or predict your performance in any actual competitive exam. Actual exams are conducted by their respective official bodies, and results depend on many factors beyond practice tests.
8. Limitation of Liability
AspirantLink is provided on an “as is” basis. While we work hard to keep the platform accurate and available, we are not liable for: temporary downtime or technical interruptions, errors in questions or answer keys (though we correct them when reported), or any indirect loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific test in question.
9. Payments
Paid tests are purchased through our website using the Razorpay payment gateway. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on this website.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, including the sharing and copying prohibitions above, without refund.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
