Response times
- All emails — acknowledged within 48 hours.
- Payment or access problems — resolved within 72 hours.
- Refund requests — decided within 7 working days. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Content corrections — reviewed and fixed within 7 days. If you are right, we correct the paper and credit you if you want.
We are a small team. If you have not heard back in 48 hours, resend the email — it is far more likely we missed it than ignored it.

We summarise official notifications to save you time, but we are not a recruiting body and we are not affiliated with UPSC, SSC, TGPSC, APPSC, TSLPRB, IBPS, SBI, RRB or NTA. Always confirm dates, vacancies and eligibility on the official website before you apply. If you spot an error in one of our summaries, email us with the subject Correction and we will fix it the same day.
